central location near popular attractions and park areas
I spent 3 nights enjoying the convenient proximity to the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, just a short stroll away, and it was great being so close to the beautiful Salt Lake City and County Building, making my walking explorations truly delightful. however, the hotel could benefit from better room upkeep to enhance the overall experience.

Convenient 24-hour reception for late arrivals.
I experienced such a vile stay at this motel. I had to request toilet paper multiple times and noticed that the facilities were in disrepair, with broken lamps and unsanitary conditions throughout.

A wild night in the '6'
The room had basic amenities, and the bed was comfortable enough for a quick rest after a long day.
However, the chaos outside was overwhelming—constant noise and an unsettling crowd lingering near the parking lot made it hard to feel safe or relaxed.

Rooms desperately need proper cleaning standards!!! Safety measures for guest security require immediate attention!!! Frequent disturbances from outside guests create an uncomfortable atmosphere!!! Outdated decor needs a modern overhaul!!!

Budget-friendly for a solo traveler
I had a decent stay, the front desk staff were friendlier than I expected. They even helped me out when I needed extra towels, which was a nice touch.
It wasn't cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for in this case.

mixed experience with room quality
The location offered easy access to the downtown area, which was convenient for our activities. The staff was prompt in addressing our concerns about the room, but the check-in process felt rushed and impersonal. I appreciated the quick response time from the front desk staff regarding our inquiries. I was also relieved to find that they had ample parking available, making it easier for us to come and go.
